目的   探究三草利胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型胆囊炎的临床效果。方法   以2023年5月至2024年5月郸城县中医院82例肝胆湿热型胆囊炎患者为研究对象，按照不同治疗方法分为研究组(n=41，基础治疗+三草利胆汤)、对照组(n=41，基础治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、治疗前后中医证候积分、影像学指标和血清学指标[总胆汁酸(TBA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆囊收缩功能、胆囊壁厚度]、炎症指标[肿瘤标志物-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]。结果   治疗6周后，研究组总有效率(92.68%)高于对照组(63.41%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组口苦口干、右胁胀痛、腹脘胀满、身重困倦中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组TBA、胆囊壁厚度、AST指标低于对照组，胆囊收缩功能高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6指标低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组和对照组不良反应发生率相比(9.76% VS 4.88%)，差异无统计学意义

(P>0.05)。结论   肝胆湿热型胆囊炎患者经三草利胆汤治疗能提高治疗效果，改善影像学指标，减轻机体炎症反应，促进患者快速恢复。

Objective   To explore the clinical efficacy of Sancao Lidan Decoction in treating cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat type.Methods   A total of 82 patients with cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat type treated in the Dancheng County Hospital of TCM from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group(n=41,receiving basic treatment plus Sancao Lidan Decoction) and control group(n=41,receiving basic treatment) according to different treatment methods.The treatment effects and adverse events of the two groups were compared.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,imaging indicators,and serum indicators (total bile acid[TBA],aspartate aminotransferase[AST],gallbladder contractile function,gallbladder wall thickness) before and after treatment,and inflammatory indicators (tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-8 [IL-8],interleukin-6[IL-6]) were compared.Results   After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.68% VS 63.41%,P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores for TCM symptoms,such as bitter taste in the mouth,dry mouth,right flank pain,abdominal distension,and heavy body feeling and fatigue were significantly lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of TBA,gallbladder wall thickness,and AST in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the gallbladder contraction function was highe(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-8,and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the study group and the control group (9.76% VS 4.88%,P>0.05).Conclusion   For patients with cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat type,Sancao Lidan Decoction can improve treatment efficacy and imaging indicators,reduce inflammatory response,and promote rapid recovery.
