摘要

【摘要】   心脏康复提供全面的二级预防服务,并可改善患有冠心病、心力衰竭和其他心脏疾病患者的预后,目前已经被诸多指南所推荐。心脏康复是多方面的干预措施,旨在优化心脏病患者的临床结果,重点是运动、药物管理、营养咨询、危险因素预防和心理社会支持。心脏康复在降低与心血管疾病相关的死亡率、改善患者预后及提高生活质量等方面的优势已经得到证实。尽管有这些已知的好处,但相对于男性,女性在心脏康复中的转诊率、参与率和完成率都较低,因此提高女性对于心脏康复的认知,加大女性在心脏康复中的参与度迫在眉睫。本综述从女性心脏康复与心脏疾病研究现状、阻碍其参与的因素及缩小性别差异的干预措施三个方面,探讨了在长新冠时代的背景下,如何促进女性心脏康复未来的发展。

Abstract

Cardiac rehabilitation provides comprehensive secondary prevention services and improves outcomes for patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure and other heart conditions. Cardiac rehabilitation has proven advantages in reducing cardiovascular disease-related mortality, improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life. Despite these known benefits, participation in cardiac rehabilitation remains low among women relative to men. This review discusses how to promote the future development of female cardiac rehabilitation in the context of the long COVID-19 era, from the current research status of female cardiac rehabilitation, the factors that hinder their participation and the solutions.
