摘要

【摘要   脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)作为高死亡率、高致残率的常见中枢神经系统疾病,给患者、家庭、社会带来巨大的经济负担,在临床和科研工作中选择客观、敏感的评估工具反映患者康复效果的变化情况具有重要意义。皮层体感诱发电位(cortical somatosensory evoked potential,CSEP)作为一种无创的神经电生理检测方法,相较于体格检查、影像学检查、康复评定量表等传统评定方法更客观、有效。本文结合临床实验及动物实验对CSEPSCI康复效果评价中的应用进行综述,以期为SCI患者的早期诊断、康复治疗和康复效果评估提供参考。

Abstract

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a common central nervous system disease with high mortality and disability rates, which places an enormous economic burden on patients, families, and society. In clinical and scientific research, it is important to choose objective and sensitive assessment tools to reflect changes in patient rehabilitation outcomes. Cortical somatosensory evoked potential (CSEP) is a noninvasive neurophysiological detection method, which is more objective and effective than traditional evaluation methods such as physical examination, imaging examination, and rehabilitation evaluation scale. In this paper, the application of CSEP in the evaluation of the rehabilitation effects of SCI is reviewed based on clinical and animal experiments, in order to provide references for the early diagnosis, rehabilitation treatment, and evaluation of the rehabilitation effects of SCI patients.
