【摘要】   目的   探讨代谢综合征的生物标志物及影响因素，构建代谢综合征的风险预测模型。方法   选取2020年1月至2021年12月到某中心疗养体检并诊断为代谢综合征的161例患者作为实验组，另选择同一时期根据性别和年龄匹配的192例非代谢综合征患者作为对照组。收集患者的临床基线资料和生物标志物，利用Lasso回归筛选出代谢综合征相关的生物标志物，用于构建预测代谢综合征高危人群的预警模型。结果   使用Lasso回归共筛选出7个影响代谢综合征相关的生物标志物和影响因素，分别为体质量指数(body mass index，BMI)、2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes，T2DM)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose，FBG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride，TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C)、单核细胞计数/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值[monocyte count/HDL-C ratio(MHR)]和超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP)。预测模型的曲线下面积(area under curve，AUC)为0.985 7。结论   本研究利用Lasso回归构建生物标志物的风险预测模型用于预测代谢综合征的能力较强，可用于指导临床医生早识别代谢综合征的高危人群。

Objective   To deeply explore the analgesic mechanism of auricular acupuncture,combine the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of modern medicine,provide theoretical basis for clinical application,and verify its universality and practicability.Methods   Multiple theoretical perspectives were analyzed such as the theory of meridians and internal organs in traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of modern neuroscience,the theory of body fluids and the theory of holography,and clinical cases of auricular acupuncture treatment for different types of pain were collected and analyzed.Results   The mechanism of auricular acupuncture to relieve pain was supported by multi-dimensional theories,and combined with clinical cases,the complex network of action of auricular acupuncture in pain relief was revealed.Conclusion   Through comprehensive theoretical analysis and clinical practice verification,this study clarified the multiple mechanisms of auricular acupuncture analgesia and its universality and practicability in clinical application.Auricular acupuncture not only provides a new and effective treatment for clinical pain treatment,but also provides a new idea for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.In the future,the specific mechanism of auricular acupuncture therapy should be further studied,and the treatment plan should be optimized to better serve the majority of pain patients.

Objective: To explore the application effect of spinal rehabilitation exercise combined with Five - animal exercise in patients with axial spinal arthritis. Methods: A total of 106 patients with axial spinal arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education and drug therapy combined with spinal rehabilitation exercise, and the study group was given Five - animal exercise on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results: After intervention, the scores of BASDAI, BASMI and BASFI of the study group were (2.51±0.95) points, (2.61±1.06) points and (2.22±0.83) points respectively, which were significantly lower than (4.73±1.21) points, (4.92±2.46) points and (4.71±1.36) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of BGP, BMP - 2 and BALP in the control group were higher than those before treatment, and the bone metabolism indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the Schober test of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the distance between the fingers and the ground, the distance between the occipital bone and wall, and the time of spinal stiffness were lower than those of the control group, with difference of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Spinal rehabilitation exercise combined with Five - animal exercise can improve the living ability of patients with axial spinal arthritis, reduce pain and trouble, and improve spinal motion with remarkable effects.

Objective   To explore the effects of dual task training combined with progressive squat resistance training intervention on motor function and balance ability of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods   A total of 76 PD patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University of Jiangxi Province from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided,according to a random number table,into a control group of 38 patients who received routine rehabilitation training and a study group of 38 patients who received dual task training combined with progressive squat resistance training.The motor function(Fugl-Meyer assessment scale[FMA]),balance function(Berg balance scale [BBS]),cardiopulmonary endurance(10 min walking test[10 MW]) and cognitive function(Montreal cognitive assessment scale[MoCA]) were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results   After intervention,the scores of upper extremity(53.43±5.02),lower extremity(28.58±2.47) and total score of FMA (82.02±4.13) in the study group were higher than those in the control group (44.72±4.76),(22.05±3.18) and (66.77±4.87).The BBS score (22.82±1.53) was higher than that of the control group (19.57±1.39),and the 10 MW(15.27±6.04)s was shorter than that of the control group (18.56±6.45)s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of each dimension and total score of MoCA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion   Dual task training combined with progressive squat resistance training can help improve the motor function,balance function and cognitive function of patients with PD,and improve cardiorespiratory endurance.

Objective   To explore the therapeutic effect of the combination of Governor vessel row needling acupuncture and lower extremity intelligence feedback training on patients with spastic paralysis of lower extremity after ischemic stroke.Methods   Clinical data of 200 patients with spastic paralysis of lower extremity after stroke received from Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and combination group with 100 cases each according to different treatment plans.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,including TCM syndrome score,cerebral hemodynamics,clinical spasm index scale (CSI) score and Fugl-Meyer motor function scale-lower extremity (FMA-LE) score before and after treatment.Results   After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the peak flow velocity (Vp) and mean flow velocity (Vm) of the combination group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the combination group 93.00% was higher than that of the control group 84.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the CSI score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of FMA-LE were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion   The combination of Governor vessel row needling acupuncture and lower extremity intelligence feedback training can effectively improve cerebral hemodynamics and enhance motor function in patients with spastic paralysis of lower extremity after ischemic stroke

Objective   To analyze the influenza surveillance data from 2023 to 2024 in Nanyang City and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of influenza.Methods   The data of influenza-like illness (ILI) outbreak in Nanyang City from April 2023 to March 2024 in the China Influenza Surveillance Information System were collected,and the epidemic characteristics,population distribution characteristics,and time,gender and age distribution of nucleic acid test results for ILI were analyzed.Results   ILI monitored by the two sentinel hospitals in Nanyang City from 2023 to 2024 accounted for 1.24% of the total number of hospital-visited patients in the same period,with 0.96% in the national sentinel hospitals and 1.58% in the non-national sentinel hospitals (χ2=676.470,P<0.001).In this year,a total of 2 231 ILI samples were detected,and 505 were positive for influenza virus nucleic acid (22.64%),including 332(65.74%) for type A H3N2,158(31.29%) for type B Victoria,and 15(2.97%) for type A H1N1.According to the analysis of samples from different sources,the positive detection rate of outbreaks was the highest (45.00%),which was significantly higher than that of national sentinel hospitals (27.46%) (χ2=5.877,P=0.015).The positive detection rate of national sentinel hospitals was significantly higher than that of non-national hospitals (16.99%)(χ2=34.782,P<0.001).The positive detection rate in 0-4 years old group was the lowest (11.42%),and the positive detection rate in 25-59 years old group was the highest (30.69%).There was a significant difference in the positive detection rate among different age groups (χ2=90.296,P<0.001).The epidemic peak was from October to March of the following year,in which the positive rate was the highest in November(64.29%),and the positive rate gradually decreased from November to March of the following year.Influenza A H3N2 was predominant from October to December,and influenza B Victoria was predominant from January to March.There was a significant difference in the distribution of positive influenza virus subtypes in different months(χ2=398.472,P<0.001).Conclusion   The population is generally susceptible to influenza virus.Health education should be carried out extensively to enhance the public's attention to influenza prevention.Etiological surveillance is recommended to continuously carry out,and the composition of disease prototypes should be timely strengthened,thus providing more scientific bases for the development and use of influenza vaccines.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and clinical application value of acid stimulation combined with pharyngeal neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) in the treatment of post-stroke swallowing disorder (SD) patients. Methods A total of 124 post-stroke SD patients diagnosed and treated in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from March 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and study group according to treatment plans, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pharyngeal NMES, and the study group was treated with acid stimulation combined with pharyngeal NMES, for 4 weeks continuously.The therapeutic effect and the results of the Kubota water swallowing test before and after treatment,the score of videofluoro-scopic dysphagia scale(VDS), quality of life(SWAL-QOL) score, standardized swallowing assessment (SSA) score,cerebral blood flow (peak systolic flow velocity [Vs],mean flow velocity [Vm],pulse index [PI]), respiratory function (forced vital capacity [FVC], maximal voluntary ventilation per minute[MVV],breathing frequency [BF])were compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.16%,higher than that of the control group 83.87% P<0.05);The grade distribution of drinking water in the study group after treatment was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VDS and SSA in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of SWAL-QOL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Vs and Vm of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the PI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the FVC and MVV in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the BF was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference of statistical significance in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acid stimulation combined with pharyngeal NMES in the treatment of post-stroke SD patients can improve therapeutic effect, quality of life, improve swallowing function, respiratory function,increase cerebral blood flow,and have certain safety.

Objective   To investigate the detection of thyroid nodules in helicopter operators and to analyze the potential factors influencing the occurrence of thyroid nodules.Methods   A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records and physical examination reports of helicopter operators admitted to a center from August to December 2023.Statistical analysis was performed on the detection of thyroid nodules and related factors.Results   Among 223 helicopter operators,a total of 55 cases of thyroid nodules were detected,resulting in a detection rate of 24.66%.Bilateral lobes (52.73%) were the dominant site of detected thyroid nodules,followed by the right lobe (25.45%),and left lobe (21.82%).The majority of detected nodules were classified as thyroid imaging reporting and data system (TI-RADS) 2 and 3.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that,with the presence of thyroid nodules as the dependent variable and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),red blood cells(RBC),red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW),and anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb) as covariates,the adjusted odds ratio(OR) for RBC was 0.320 (95% CI:0.115,0.850,P<0.05),showing a significant difference.This suggested that higher levels of RBC were negatively correlated with the risk of developing thyroid nodules.Conclusion   The detection rate of thyroid nodules is relatively high among helicopter operators,with the highest occurrence in bilateral lobes.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that a decrease in RBC levels is associated with the presence of thyroid nodules.This indicates a potential important role of RBC in the pathogenesis of thyroid nodules.Future research can validate this association,explore the role of RBC in the pathogenesis of thyroid nodules,provide more accurate predictive factors and treatment targets,and reduce the risk of related diseases.

Objective To investigate the influence of the hand function rehabilitation training device on hand dysfunction in stroke patient, and to explore its effect on improving hand function.Methods Sixty stroke patients receiving rehabilitation treatment in a center from January to August 2024 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy, and those in the experimental group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy and the hand function rehabilitation training device.The active range of motion (AROM) of fingers,Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) on fingers,and the modified Barthel index (MBI) on the hand were assessed on admission (W0) and four weeks after admission (W4).Efficacy was compared between groups.Results There were no significant differences in the above indicators before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).At W4,AROM score in the thumb ([32.07±9.01]° VS [25.53±10.07]°),index finger ([76.73±14.19]° VS [68.57±15.18]°),middle finger ([68.37±13.50]° VS [58.90±12.67]°),ring finger ([49.67±10.88]° VS [38.83±11.12]°) and little finger ([39.60±10.94]° VS [30.87±11.32]°),FMA score ([5.77±1.04]points VS [4.30±0.70]points) and MBI ([28.53±4.40] VS [23.63±4.14]) in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The hand function rehabilitation training device can effectively improve AROM of of fingers in stroke patients, strengthen the hand motor function, and improve the ability of daily living.

Objective   To explore the correlation of caregiving burden of primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) with social support and psychological resilience,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods   Convenient sampling method was adopted to select 200 primary caregivers of first-stage AD patients in Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 as the research objects.They were surveyed using the caregiver burden scale,social support rating scale,mental toughness scale and general questionnaire.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation of caregiving burden of primary caregivers of first-stage AD patients with social support and psychological resilience,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of caregiving burden of primary caregivers of first AD patients.Results   The scores of caring burden,mental toughness and social support of the primary caregivers of the first AD patients were (72.37±7.87) points,(47.05±6.74)points and (38.42±6.11)points,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation of caregiver burden with social support and mental toughness(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the disease degree,the caregiver's education level,the understanding degree of AD,the per capita monthly income of the family,social support and psychological resilience were the influencing factors for the care burden of the main caregivers of the first-stage AD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion   The caregiver burden level of first-stage AD patients is relatively heavy,which is negatively correlated with psychological resilience and social support.Moreover,the degree of the disease,the caregiver's education level,the caregiver's understanding of AD,and the per capita monthly income of the family are all key factors affecting the caregiver burden.Caregivers should pay close attention to the caregiver's burden.And through a series of measures to reduce their burden.

The generation of fatigue is complex,and its progressive severity is not obvious.The understanding of fatigue is far behind.Fatigue at work can lead to many negative effects,including personal physical and mental health problems,reduced job performance,difficulty in reaching the limit of personal ability,and even lead to major irretrievable accidents.The purpose of this article is to explore the development status and significance of fatigue assessment.At present,there are three mainstream classification methods of fatigue in modern medicine based on the physiological and psychological classification,physical and mental psychopathological classification,and clinical classification.According to the nature and cause of fatigue,the tools commonly used to assess fatigue include subjective evaluation,physiological indicators,biochemical indicators,and functional tests.The generation of fatigue is the result of a variety of factors.The combined use of a variety of assessment methods can more accurately assess fatigue and its severity.This article focused on the consequences of fatigue work,and discussed the value of fatigue assessment in various fields and the significance of fatigue research.

Objective   To systematically evaluate the risk factors for stroke patients with sarcopenia,thus providing reliable references and bases for clinical practice.Methods   Articles reporting the risk factors for stroke combined with sarcopenia were searched from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE),Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP and China Biology Medicine (CBM) database.The search period was from establishing the database to April 6,2024.Two researchers were independently responsible for literature screen,data extraction and quality assessment using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale (NOS).Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results   A total of 10 literatures were included,with 2 526 cases and 16 risk factors.The results of Meta-analysis showed that hyperlipidemia (OR=1.56,95%CI[1.40,1.74],P<0.000 01),the functional oral intake scale (FOIS) score (OR=3.28,95% CI[1.83,5.87],P<0.000 01),age (OR=1.05,95%CI [1.02,1.08],P=0.003),the National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score (OR=1.23,95%CI[1.10,1.38],P=0.000 2),stroke history (OR=1.33,95%CI[1.19,1.49],P<0.000 01),and the Charlson comorbidity index (CCI) (OR=1.11,95%CI[1.03,1.20],P=0.01) were risk factors for stroke patients with sarcopenia.Conclusion   Hyperlipidemia,FOIS score,age,NIHSS score,stroke history and CCI are risk factors for stroke complicated with sarcopenia.Clinical staff should identify risk factors as early as possible to formulate intervention measures to prevent stroke and sarcopenia.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder characterized by interruptions in breathing and disruptions in sleep architecture during sleep,severely impairing sleep quality and daytime functioning.Despite current treatment methods like positive airway pressure therapy,surgical treatment,oral appliances,and positional therapy,they exist issues such as poor compliance,high recurrence rates and adverse effects.Neuromodulation technology regulates the activity of the human nervous system through magnetic stimulation,electrical stimulation,and acupuncture,which has been widely used to treat various neuropsychiatric diseases.It improves physiological and psychological states and enhances the quality of life.Neuromodulation technology mainly includes transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy (TMS),electrical stimulation therapy,and acupuncture stimulation therapy.These methods can overcome the shortcomings of traditional treatments and demonstrate better efficacy and safety.This article aims to explore the research progress of neuromodulation technology in the treatment of OSA and how these technologies provide new references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSA.By reviewing current research,this article also prospected the future development trends of neuromodulation technology in OSA treatment,hoping to provide more effective strategies for clinical treatment.

Objective   To explore the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy on the rehabilitation of children with mental retardation.Methods   Convenience sampling was used to select 141 children with mental retardation admitted to Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into the combined group (71 cases) and control group (70 cases).Routine rehabilitation training and exercise therapy were conducted in both groups,transcranial magnetic stimulation intervention was additionally given to the combined group.The intervention effect was evaluated using the Wechsler intelligence scale for children(WISC),gross motor function measure(GMFM),Peabody development motor scale-fine motor (PDMS-FM),children's sensory integration rating scale(CSIRS),and infants-junior middle school students' social-life abilities scale(S-M scale).Results   After 6 months of intervention,the scores of performance intelligence quotient ([61.94±2.01]points VS [57.00±3.49]points),verbal intelligence quotient ([61.01±2.77]points VS [58.01±3.01]points),GMFM ([62.00±2.86]points VS [59.76±2.05]points),grip score in the PDMS-FM ([38.96±3.06]points VS [36.13±2.06]points),visual motor integration ([60.18±3.16]points VS [58.06±2.85] points),CSIRS ([37.94±1.82]points VS [35.09±2.50]points) and S-M (8.00[7.00,9.00]points VS 8.00[6.00,9.00]points) in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion   Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy can effectively improve the motor function of children with mental retardation,promote intelligence improvement,enhance their social and sensory integration abilities.

Objective   To evaluate the accuracy of the non-contact vital sign monitoring device.Methods   The research on the monitoring of human vital signs by contact vital signs detection equipment such as electrocardiogram(ECG) monitor,smart bracelet or respiration monitor and radar was searched in the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Database and Vip.com from establishing the databases to October 2024.A meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17.0 software.Results   A total of 21 articles with 328 subjects were included.The results of meta-analysis showed no significant differences between radar monitoring and ECG monitoring in the heart rate (standardized mean difference [SMD]=0.05,95%CI[-0.11,0.21],P=0.705) and respiratory rate (SMD=0.10,95%CI[-0.33,0.14],P=0.755).However,subgroup analysis showed that a Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar had a more accurate measurement performance than Continuous Wave (CW) radar and Ultra Wideband (UWB) radar.All radar measurement performance was best at about 1 m away from the target,and among many radar frequencies,77 GHz for heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring was the most accurate.Conclusion   There is no significant difference between contact vital signs monitoring equipment and radar in the monitoring of heart rate and respiratory rate,but FMCW radar is superior in accuracy.The most accurate data are achieved when all types of radars are 1 m away from the subjects,and the optimal radar frequency is at 77 GHz.

The absent in melanoma 2 (AIM2) inflammasome is an initiating factor of inflammatory response that activates the immune system by recognizing external stimuli.In recent years,its role in regulating inflammatory response by activating downstream factor caspase-1 and in turn promoting the secretion and activation of interleukin-1 β and interleukin-18 has been confirmed and widely recognized.Previous studies on AIM2 inflammasome mainly focused on the signaling pathway and the mechanism of action stimulated by bacteria and their toxins.With the deepening of their research,in addition to bacterial infectious diseases,AIM2 inflammasome- mediated inflammatory reactions have also been confirmed to influence pathological conditions through inflammatory reactions in the absence of bacterial and other pathogens.This article reviewed the mechanism of action of AIM2 inflammasome in brain,lung,liver and other injuries,as well as tumor progression and prognosis in recent years,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of such diseases in the future.

Objective   To construct a nomogram prediction model for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with bronchiectasis.Methods   A total of 170 patients with COPD who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were included,and were divided into a dilated group (50 cases) and a non-dilated group (120 cases) according to the occurrence of bronchiectasis.Clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared.The predictive value of continuity variables was analyzed by ROC experiment.Logistic regression experiment was used to analyze risk factors.Nomogram prediction model was constructed by using R language.The model was evaluated by ROC,calibration curve and decision curve.Results   In the comparison of clinical data of patients,it was found that there were differences of statistical significance between the two groups with smoking history,pulmonary tuberculosis history,respiratory infection,sputum cough,hemoglobin,FEV1/FVC,blood albumin value and CAT score(P<0.05),which were risk factors for COPD complicated with bronchiectasis.The values of hemoglobin,FEV1/FVC and blood albumin had certain predictive value for postoperative lower limb venous thrombosis,and the AUC was 0.616,0.660,and 0.863(P<0.05).The Nomogram model performed well in predicting the risk of COPD complicated with bronchiectasis,with a C-index of 0.912(0.862 to 0.962).When the risk threshold is >0.12,the model can provide a better standardized net return.Conclusion   The differences of smoking history,pulmonary tuberculosis history,respiratory infection,sputum cough,hemoglobin,FEV1/FVC,blood albumin value and CAT score were risk factors for COPD with bronchiectasis,and the model has good predictive ability.

Objective   To explore the application of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy (MBSR) combined with sitting Baduanjin in rehabilitation nursing of patients with liver cancer after radiofrequency ablation.Methods   A total of 74 patients with liver cancer undergoing radiofrequency ablation treated in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological intervention and rehabilitation nursing after surgery,while the study group was given MBSR combined with sitting Bduanjin intervention after surgery,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The fear of cancer recurrence,coping style,cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results   After the intervention,the FoP-Q-SF score of the study group was (30.97±4.25),which was lower than that of the control group (34.35±4.41),P<0.05.The positive coping score of the study group was (32.43±3.54)points,higher than that of the control group (28.68±3.81) points,and the negative coping score was (9.41±1.15)points,lower than that of the control group (11.35±1.22)points(P<0.05).The physical,emotional,and cognitive fatigue scores of the study group were (15.57±1.38)points,(7.38±1.42)points,and (7.30±1.27)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group (17.73±1.85)points,(9.27±1.66)points,and (9.22±1.31) points(P<0.05);The score of functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep) of the study group was (148.53±14.23)points,which was higher than the control group's (136.72±15.32)points(P<0.05).Conclusion   MBSR combined with sitting Baduanjin can reduce the fear of cancer recurrence in liver cancer patients after radiofrequency ablation,improve their coping strategies,alleviate their fatigue symptoms,and improve their postoperative quality of life.
