【摘要】 糖尿病患者比较容易出现糖尿病肾病并发症 ，具有较高的发生率 ，且临床中针对该疾病的治疗效  果相对较差 ，容易引起慢性肾脏疾病 。 现阶段临床糖尿病肾病发病人数不断增多 ，严重威胁患者的健康 ， 因此需要及时对患者进行有效地干预，以减轻病情的不良影响 。 当前，临床中针对糖尿病肾病的发生机制  尚不十分明确 ，主要认为是众多因素共同作用所引发 。 患者疾病治疗过程中 ，予以有效的护理干预措施 ， 可以对患者疾病的治疗起到一定的辅助作用 。 本文对康复护理在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用研究进展进行  了综述 ，针对糖尿病肾病的病因病机展开了探讨 ，并分析了糖尿病肾病的易感因素 ，围绕康复护理在糖尿  病肾病患者中的应用情况进行了阐述，以期能够对糖尿病肾病患者疾病的治疗起到一定借鉴意义。

【Abstract】  Patients  with  diabetes  mellitus(DM)  are  more  prone  to  complications  of  diabetic  nephropathy(DN), showing a high incidence and poor therapeutic outcome.DN easily causes chronic renal disease.At present,the number of DN  patients  is  increasing  and  it  seriously  threatens  the  health. Therefore, timely  and  effective  interventions  are needed  to  reduce  DN-induced  adverse  effects. The  pathogenesis  of DN  remains  largely  unclear, and  it  is  generally believed to be caused by multiple factors.An effective rehabilitation nursing assists the clinical management of DN. This study reviews the research progress of rehabilitation nursing in DN patients,explores the pathogenesis of DN,and analyzes susceptibility factors of DN.In addition,we focus on the application of rehabilitation nursing in DN patients, aiming to provide references for the treatment of DN.
